We may hold information relating to insurance, warranty agreements or contract agreement for twelve years from the date of completion of a contract. In some circumstance we will hold personal information for longer where necessary for active or potential legal proceedings, to resolve or defend claims and for historical records for the benefit of our clients.

Access to Information
We try to be as open as possible when giving people access to the personal information we have processed. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’ via email to us at post@dsa-ed.co.uk. If we do hold information about you we will;

  • give you a description of it;
  • tell you why we are holding it;
  • tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
  • let you have a copy of the information in an easy to read format.

In order to provide the highest level of customer service, we need to keep accurate personal data about you. Please inform us if any personal data has changed, such as a name or an address. Also if you would like us to delete any records of any of your details please contact us and we will assist you in doing this.
